Creamy Garlic Dip is great with chips, pretzels, potato wedges, crackers and veggies.
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2-3 garlic cloves minced (or 1 teaspoon dried garlic)
1/2 teaspoon mild paprika (you can use smoked paprika for chips and potato wedges)
Pinch of salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
In a medium bowl mix together sour cream with mayonnaise, then add the garlic, paprika salt and pepper. It gets better is it sits at least 1 hour in the fridge. It could be used immediately or refrigerate overnight for a more complex flavor.
